rewarding work and I want to make the process as enjoyable as possible.
I have focused my training on dealing with the stressors of dating, changes in relationships, building a healthy relationship with self, the management of anxiety and radical self-love. I am certified in DBT and have over 10 years’ experience helping folks navigate through some of life’s most difficult transitions and find healing in often challenging and painful times.
Many emotions come up when we are going through loss and changes in life. I use an integrative approach to therapy in order to help you feel a sense of connection, acceptance and peace. I use compassion, empathy and understanding to collaborate with you on your path to a life worth living.
